Deposits, withdrawals and shares
You put money in, you hold shares, and what one share is worth rises and falls with the vault. Getting in and getting out both take a little time.
Deposits
- You send the money. USDC on Arbitrum, or USDt on Kava. The $1 fee comes out in the same transaction.
- It waits. Deposits are grouped into a batch and converted together rather than one at a time, so everyone in the group gets the same price.
- You have shares. Nothing else to do. No second transaction, and nothing to claim.
There is a minimum deposit, and a wallet can have only a limited number of deposits waiting at once. The app shows both.
What moves the share price
Two things: the credits that land every day, and the value of the trade underneath.
Money coming in and going out does not move it. A deposit buys shares at the current price and a withdrawal sells them at it, so the price is the same before and after either.
Withdrawals
- You ask. The request is final from that moment.
- You wait seven days. The delay is built into the contract.
- You get paid. At the share price when the payout runs, less the $1 fee.
You are paid at the share price on the day the payout runs.
A request is final. It cannot be cancelled.
Seven days, then the usual time for funds to move. Getting your money back means unwinding part of the trade and bringing the capital across from the exchange. There is an emergency payout route we control for anything that goes wrong.
Keep requests above the $1 fee. A payout of $1 or less cannot be processed.
